Well that's it!! The end of the first 6 weeks exercise, health and nutrition workshop. The feedback forms are in and the workshopers are off to continue their journey. I've enjoyed every bit of it, everyone that came along has given so much and have taken huge steps towards their goals. I'm proud and excited for the next stage of the new venture.
