LOWER BODY con objetivo definición 🙌🏻 Para continuar con nuestra rutina de definición hoy realizaremos un entrenamiento "LOWER BODY" con un formato de circuito y ejercicios que además de trabajar el tren inferior van a permitir mantener unas pulsaciones medias-altas durante toda la sesión lo que va a ser imprescindible para lograr nuestro objetivo 🎯 Los ejercicios propuestos movilizan una gran cantidad de articulaciones y músculos de gran tamaño, lo que nos va a ayudar a aumentar más si cabe nuestro consumo de calorías 🔥Como siempre es imprescindible que la intensidad se adapte a nuestro nivel y que podamos completar el entrenamiento respetando siempre la técnica de los mismos, esta es una rutina compleja con ejercicios compuestos para los que se requiere una gran conciencia corporal y coordinación pero que es muy sencillo adaptar a algo más sencillo, así que si no estas avanzado en entrenamiento escribenos para que te propongamos las adaptaciones 📩 Realizaremos 4 vueltas de este circuito con 30 segundos de descanso entre cada ejercicio y 2 minutos de descanso entre cada vuelta: 1️⃣JUMP SQUAT TO LUNGE TO CURTSY LUNGE (10 REPS) 2️⃣SIDE LEG SQUAT TO SUMO BOTTOM REBOUND SQUAT (12 REPS) - con cada pierna. 3️⃣LUNGE TO KNEE RAISE (15 REPS) - con cada pierna. 4️⃣WALKING HIP BRIDGE (15 REPS) - cada rep son dos pasos pequeños delante y dos atrás hasta posición inicial, siempre con la cadera extendida. 5️⃣ROMANIAN DEADLIFT (20 REPS) 6️⃣ISO SINGLE HIP BRIDGE (30 SEG) - con cada pierna. So for #techniquetuesday let’s (once again) talk chatturanga. In any vinyasa-based practice there’s a good chance you’re doing ‘em. A lot of ‘em. But are you doing them in a way that works with the angles of the body and engages the right muscles or are you potentially dumping weight into parts of you that shouldn’t be bearing much load (like your collar bones)? Here’s a drill to check and train (or re-train) your technique. * close your eyes and do your usual chatturanga (high plank to low plank, maybe throw in an up dog). Check how it feels. Open your eyes and do it again and see if you can see your elbow crease. If you can’t, chances are your bringing your torso to low and losing your scapula (shoulder) engagement, which is where your strength comes from here. * get into a plank and stay on your knees if needed, because you’re gonna do this a few times. * keep your elbows close to your ribs (this engages those big muscles across your shoulders and upper back) and lower down to the point where the back of your torso is still above your bent elbows. CAN YOU SEE YOUR ELBOW CREASE?? * glide FORWARD and up into upward into upward dig. Easier, right? * to train strength and technique you can go high plank > low plank and repeat (#chatturangapushups) or you can do what I’ve done in this video - chatturanga > upward dog > chatturanga > upward dog.
