If your doctor tells you that eating fruit is “BAD”, not only your doctor, if your nutritionist, health coach, your favourite keto celebrity, or best friend; if anybody tells you that FRUIT has too much sugar & is bad for you, with all due respect, question that person.
We are frugivores, we are designed to thrive with raw living foods. A high-raw approach w/ some cooked whole-food plant based diet is the next best. It’s not popular, it’s not “practical” for many, but it’s a life changer, as anything in life, there’s a learning curve that is not 100% enjoyable but oh boy, once you master it, you will be living da life!.
