Stosowany jako środek słodzący (słodzik) w produktach spożywczych, takich, jak napoje niskokaloryczne, guma do żucia, drażetki odświeżające oddech. . 👉Jednak wiele ludzi nadal boi się stosować ten słodzik w swojej diecie. Dlaczego ? 🎂 If Fat Loss were a cake it would be a Victoria Sponge 🎂 ——————————————————— Imagine this if fat loss were comparable to a cake the two main ingredients are energy in vs energy out. Consuming less calories i.e. being in a calorie deficit is the most important ingredient and then the amount of energy you use that day being another vital ingredient. The amount of energy you expend everyday is effected by many different components, these are the 3 biggest calorie burners - - Your basal metabolic rate (BMR); the amount of energy you burn to just exist - circulate blood, breath, sleep etc - Your non exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT) the amount of energy you consume moving around all day (not including ‘exercise’) - The thermic effect of food (TEF) the energy required to break down your food Then we have exercise, exercise is just the icing on the cake & in all honesty does not burn that many calories compared to the above factors. So before you start to over emphasising the importance of exercise in your fat loss journey - STOP 🛑! Please realise that not all good cakes need icing just like a Victoria Sponge! So if you’re struggling with home workouts or not feeling dusting off the running trainers to work on your 5k time that’s ok!
