5 things Every Gent’s should do before bed
1. Do your dirty Dishes & Organize
- We all get a bit lazy at the end of our days. Me? My body wants me to relax down, and watch netflix. Instead of relaxing down, watch your favorite show or youtube and organize your house for the next day!
2. Brush & wash your face
-We all know this. But we sometimes forget the basics. Clean all your dirt out from your day, and improve your sleep by feeling fresh!
3. Pick your outfit
-Next day? You never know what will happen? You might meet that someone! Or you might even see someone that you didn’t see in a long time. Moral of the story is you want to look good. Instead of putting things together in the morning, be more thoughtful the night before!
4. Plan your next day
- The MOST important thing you MUST do. What happens when you keep running without knowing where you’re going? We get lost and lose our energy. Life is the same. Make a list on things you want to accomplish the next day.
5. Take your Omega 3. - Omega 3 helps your heart, blood pressure, and helps us recover. Take it before you go to sleep to charge up your body.
