I live in Toronto, the 5th biggest city in North America, however, the city has more than 1500 parks! Toronto can be considered a city within a park. 😃
That makes it easier for those who live in Toronto to go outside and get some green space exposure.
I know that not every city has that many parks, however even going outside for a walk, in a calm neighbourhood can be beneficial for you!
I personally enjoy going for walks or hiking 🥾
So take advantage of the great weather that is on its way and enjoy as much time outside as possible! ☀️
Don’t forget to keep yourself hydrated 💦
Thanks @ehplabs for the amazing shaker bottle!
