Who wants to join us for our next wellness challenge?! 👋This one will run for the month of June and kicks off on Monday. The goal is to do the specified number of repetitions of four exercises each day. Week one starts with 50 reps of each exercise, every day. Each week after, we’ll increase the number of reps by 25. . But, you can break up the total number throughout your day! For example, you might decide to split your 50 total reps of each exercise into five blocks of 10 done throughout your day. . Also, if starting with 50 is too much, feel free to start with less and increase a little bit with each week - do what you feel comfortable with! . By the end of the month, we should all feel stronger and have more muscle tone. . Sound good? If so, consider taking a starting photo of yourself. You don’t have to share it with anyone, but it will be fun to see your progress at the end of 30 days! Comment if you’re in and tag your friends who should join us! 💪

Et voilà le confinement m’à clairement fait du bien et pourtant beaucoup d’apparition suspect sans explication ... début mars ça a commencer par des brûlures au niveau des mains puis au visage puis sur le buste comme sur la photo plus les jours passaient plus j’avais l’impression que ma peau était en train de mourir ... Mise au point allergologie de faites pendant ce confinement pour pouvoir rentrer dans un protocole particulier lié à l’asthme (lequel, je ne sais pas... 😅) C’est tombé : syndrome d’allergie orale ... donc allergie acarien graminées pollen de boulot et plein d’autre j’ai une bonne mémoire mais je peux pas tout retenir ... on en apprend tous les jours sur notre corps et les résultats ... donc sont lié des allergie alimentaire à tout ça ... une bonne liste mais non définie ... à voir avec le pneumologue mi juin ... Saturday long run thoughts 💭 — You won’t see me run the highest weekly or monthly mileage. For me, it’s all about quality over quantity. I used to do the comparison game when I first started training a couple years ago. I thought I had to do this many miles to go this fast because that’s what someone else did that ran my goal time — 100% an over thinker 😬 — So cool, I ran 141 miles this month (tomorrow is a rest day) & next month it might be more, might be less. And it doesn’t matter. Your journey is YOUR journey. Don’t try and copy someone else. There will always be someone faster, training different and running more miles. Find what works best for you and stick to it to reach those goals!

Baby crow. First time trying. Do I like it? . Yes and no. . I think the pose name is misleading, it's not necessarily easier than the regular crow (properly called crane). . You have to make yourself very small, use lots of bandha strength and keep lifting to gain a little space, away from the ground. I'm lucky with body proportions. . Bottom line, I still prefer full #bakasana (watch till the end) because it feels solid and spacious. And it's a great gateway for transitions and further play. . I thought I’d keep the cookie dough theme of the week 🍪⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣I made this egg-less oatmeal cookie dough that was supposed to be baked...just when i thought i had failed completely, I tasted the dough and decided that cookie-dough-energy-bites were an even better idea anyway😍⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣Ingredients 🍴⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣2 cups oat flour ⁣{3 cups reg oats blended}⁣ ⁣⁣1 cup oats ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣1 tsp baking powder {gives the “cookie dough” taste}⁣⁣ ⁣⁣1 and 1/4 cup milk⁣⁣ ⁣⁣1/2 cup PB ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣1/4 cup honey ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣1/3 cup coconut oil melted⁣⁣ ⁣⁣2 Tbs greek yogurt⁣⁣ ⁣⁣1/2 cup extra-dark chocolate chips⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣makes 34 balls {about 1 tablespoon each}⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣How to: ⁣ ⁣1. everything goes in one bowl. First all dry ingredients, then all the wet. Fold the chocolate chips in last.⁣ ⁣2. add more milk if it’s too dry (it needs to stick together when you roll into balls) or more oats if it’s too wet. ⁣ ⁣3. roll into balls... add more choc chips if ya want (more chocolate is always a good idea). ⁣ ⁣4. refrigerate for 30-60 ish mins, and enjoy 🍫⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣the yummiest snack + pick-me-up⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣I sprinkled a tiny bit of sea salt on top and paired them with 0% greek yogurt for a balanced snack 😛
